Terms & Policies – 454 Comics & Collectables

Product Condition

All comics sold by 454 Comics & Collectables are:

  • Individually bagged and boarded

  • Minimum grade of Near Mint (9.2) or better, unless otherwise stated in the product description

  • Carefully handled and stored to maintain collector quality

Please note that grading is subjective and based on industry standards. Minor manufacturing defects (such as slight spine ticks or print imperfections) may still be present.

Preorders (FOC Items)

Preorder items are based on Final Order Cut-Off (FOC) dates and are subject to availability.

By placing a preorder:

  • You are securing your copy before release

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on publisher and distributor delays

  • Orders may be cancelled or adjusted if allocation occurs beyond our control

Shipping & Handling

All orders are:

  • Packed securely using protective materials

  • Shipped in rigid mailers or boxes to prevent damage

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delays may occur during peak periods or due to supplier timelines.

Combined Shipping

Where possible, we combine shipping on multiple purchases to reduce costs.
If you place multiple orders, please contact us to arrange consolidation where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products:

  • Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or incorrect

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photographic evidence may be required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor grading differences

  • Change of mind

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change based on:

  • Market demand

  • Availability

  • Supplier pricing adjustments

All items are sold subject to availability and may be cancelled if stock discrepancies occur.

Liability

454 Comics & Collectables is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Loss or damage once items are marked as delivered (unless insured)
